I like to visit Taiwan because of energy that help me to create Art.
Changing so rapidly, similar to Tokyo.
Dining is so far good , casual to formal, it is good to find and visit the place and culture.
Modern building can be found.
Good lucky place to eat “DIN TAI FUNG” at A4 food energy!
DIN TAI FUNG famous dim sum restaurant
You can find the famous dim sum restaurant “DIN TAI FUNG” at A4 , part of the city hall.
It is a lucky place not so crowded even in Taipei.
That because it is a new place and people does not gather to city hall in usual except demonstration :D.
Queue is normal to Japanese for famous ramen noodle, but same to dim sum restaurant.
I impressed by the waiting system.
First you come and have a waiting number on the order sheet.
You can fill order sheet durning the waiting time. May be this is normal.
Customer divide into group of number. 1-2 person, 3-4 persons, 5-6 persons, 7 persons over.
This help us to get in the restaurant fast.
Even Taipei people eat lunch with small unit like 1 person, here is city hall government.
Very good system on queue.

Taiwan is fundamentally not a Chinese.
Taiwanese aborigine was there before Chinese came toTaiwan at 17th century.
Ethnically they were family of Thai, Vietnam, Philippines.
The reason is seen on Art.
Taste of food is similar to ethnic.
