Sukiyaki lunch at Moritaya

Now my short trip is ending.

I have to go back to Tokyo with shin-kansen, express train, from Kyoto.

I stayed in Nara so Kyoto is my path.

At the Kyoto station we have a great “Sukiyaki” restaurant called “Moritaya“.

Moritaya has a history over 100 years, but it is convenient for us to have a lunch at Kyoto station.

It cost me $40.

Sukiyaki is popular in the world started from Japan.

Like Teriyaki, it taste little bit sweet and salty.

Soy sauce flavor is very impressive.

It is wagyu , fatty beef,  Kobe beef is the famous.

If you never try before I strongly recommend you to try.

It is excellent, taste of heaven.

Western people tend not to  eat with fresh egg., but please try with.

It is very clean in Japan, so safe.

Sukiyaki lunch at Moritaya. There is the kyoto wagyu, there is the way. Wow.

You can see the landscape of Kyoto city with your lunch.

It was splendid.

After 3 hours I will be in my studio.
