Castle of ancient Japanese

I visited “Saga” prefecture, south of “Fukuoka” city.

It takes 90 min flight from Tokyo to Fukuoka.

I am very interesting with the beautiful scene of ancient Japan.

The ruin is called ‘Yoshinogari“, ancestor of Japan started to gather as a village and had a castle.

It was B.C. 500 to 300.

Huge ruin was restored as a public park.

You can walk around the park, paying US$ 5.

It was a hot hot hot summer.

The park is huge I did not want to go everywhere.

Just move to the north part, where the ancient castle exist.

Normal citizens were living in the south.

Protect themselves from enemies.

You can see the tall buildings that are barbicans.

There are many doctrines why ancient Japanese needed to protect themselves.

I think they got the wealth.

It was rice.

Ancient Japanese got much rice as a rich village and castle.

Other village wanted to rob the rice.

You can not see inside the castle through the gate.

The pass is curved the enemy can not come in smoothly.

The wall is so high.

King and nobility

The castle had the third floor.

It is quite high technology to have such a huge building made with a tree.

The second floor was an actual power world.

The king and nobility had a discussion.

Sherman queen

On the third floor, there was a Sherman queen.

She prays for everything.

The weather, water, enemy, sunshine, rain, decision making, etc.

This is a spiritual world.

Sherman queen was called “Himiko” maiden of sun.

The god was sun and visualized as a mirror.

The mirror is beautiful and artistic.

I felt some kind of sobriety.

It takes 2 hours to reach “Yobuko” from “Saga”.

Yobuko is famous fisher’s village to have a lot of squids.

I visited the famous restaurant “Kawataro“.

The squid is so fresh to eat.

It is still alive.

It is sweet and chewy.

Aji

All kind of seafood is good at Yobuko.

Aji was also fresh to eat.

It still breathing.

Squid tempura

After you finished to eat the main part of squid, you might have the rest as tempra.

With salt, it tastes so sweet and soft.

A good flavor of squid will fill out inside your mouth.

Pool for fishes

All the seafood is stock in a pool and alive.

When the chief got the order, he will choose the best seafood as you want.
