Ramen Fujimaru
I finally visited the famous ramen “Fujimaru“.
It takes one hour from my studio by train.
Nearest train station called “Shimo” on the Namboku Line subway.
I usually live in the southern part of Tokyo so I hope one day I will visit the north part and have some famous Ramen.

Ramen at this restaurant is kind of junk food.
Huge fatty pork and vegetables and noodle and soup.
Please do not forget to call for “Garlic”.
Devil will tell you the truth. It is so good.
I love this ramen.
It cost me 850 yen, almost 8.5$.
There are three tough reasons for foreigners not to try this ramen
1)Take so long time to eat, almost 2 hours crazy.
The restaurant will open almost 6 PM. It depends on the feeling of the owner.
Fans try to get in a line before 5 PM. It is very cold in December.
I reached 5:30 PM and get into the restaurant and eat and leave at 7:30 PM.
It is too long to be served. This is tough for foreigners to stand in line over 1 hour.

2)Feeling unhealthy to eat this ramen
Normal ramen is well-balanced food. Not too salty, fatty and high price.
But Fujimaru’s ramen is too salty, fatty and lot of amount.
If you are a big eater, that should be nice. But it is not recommendable for a normal person.
Eating lots of salt, fat, carbohydrate sounds bad so far.
3)Blinding rules are many. Annoying order system.
Please image standing outside and do not make noise. Many people are watching the smartphone.
No smoke. I totally agree.
Spelling word for order. These are options for customizing your ramen.
Adding fat, vegetables, garlic is major options.
If you decrease your noodle you can have more options.
It should be complicated for foreigner and for local Japanese too.

Waiting outside for one hour in December makes your ramen more delicious.
The cold body will be warm by hot ramen.
If you are the freaky ramen eater why not to try ramen “Fujimaru“.
