Yasukuni Shrine
It was a great shiny day.
It is about 1 hour to reach there , “Yasukuni Shrine” from my studio.
You can see a huge “Torii“, the branch God bird stay on.
150th years anniversary
Shrine usually has a wood.
The energy of the land filled in wood.
For the European wood means fear.
Because there are wolfs and bears that scare human.
But wood means fertility to Japanese.
Tons of nuts, fruit,water come from wood. Not the place to hunt.
So Japanese feel some kind of dignity from wood.

You can reach to main building to meet sprits.

“Shinto”=神道 goodness is every were , any ware in nature things, even human spirits.
Very simple behavior, religious Shinto is based on admire of nature, every things.
Even human beings belong to the nature and all the human sprits get back to nature.
WW2 many Japanese people, solders fight for self defense .
After they die every one’s sprits come togather in “Yasukuni Shrine”.
It is not a christian world.
God created every things so Nature itself is under the Law of God.
So pebble is just a pebble.
Pebble never change to Goodness.
“Showa-kan” Memorial museum of hard days before and after WW2.
Sunshine make me to visit there.
I really did not know the museum.
The strange figure of the building calls me to visit.
I am not old to know the hard days of war.
Maybe my grand father and mother knew.
But every body goes away and memory too.
So this museum is national museum not to forget the hard days before after WW2.
It is good to see.
It is just a 75 years before.
Japanese people started from ash.
Almost major city was a ash. Even Tokyo, Osaka.
You never image from now.
Skyscraper and beautiful park, good road and car.
Well educated people waring clean suites.
I know U.S.A helped us as stating but it is all made by Japanese efforts.
Japan borrowed money and food but all paid back in 1970.
It is quite differnt from other growing country.
They will never pay back.
I was encouraged to paint, paint for my load.

I was shocked to see the life in the war.
It is very lucky to be there as an Artist.
I am a christian painter and more be diligent to my father.
We are all under the law of my load and believed in eternal love.

Suta means stamina and don means donburi, bowl dish.
I walk back to my studio and painted all night.
