Lung Shan temple
The third day was cloudy and it looked like it was going to rain at any moment, but it didn’t.
I went to the famous Lungshan Temple.

I felt energized by the fervent prayers of the people.

Wang’s Broth Taipei
I had lunch at the famous Wang’s Broth Taipei.
This restaurant has also been awarded a Michelin Bill Gourmand.
It is extremely popular.
As a result, the restaurant’s deliciousness is understandable.
The Lu Rou Fan is indeed delicious, and the cabbage side dish is also delicious.

Zhen Chuan Wei
The restaurant called “JHEN.CHUAN.WE”.

Zhen Chuan Wei
I’m not sure what the English name of this dish is, but it’s my favorite: stir-fried spring onions, minced pork, and tochi chili peppers.

One of the things I look forward to in Taiwan is Sichuan cuisine, but it seems to be unpopular with Taiwanese people, and restaurants there are disappearing almost every year.
For dessert, I always have almond tofu, which this place makes the best.

I hope you stay healthy tomorrow as well.
