Ten tsu Saikan Chinese restaurant

Shibuya is the place changing dramatically.

Tokyo face to 2020, Tokyo Olympic, many building projects are moving.

I really want to eat “Peking duck” , roasted duck to eat mainly skin only.

Here the place you can count on.

The Chinese restaurant called “Ten tsu Saikan”, kitchen in Heaven.

I have been here for many years.

Before renewal, famous writer “Eikan Kyu” advised many Gourmet to try.

Heavenly Artistic taste.

I recommend you, foreigner to take fixed menu, that is very cost effective.

Famous dish of this restaurant.

It is just a pickled celery with mustard but it works.

Very good for appetizer.

shrimps with chili sauce

Tender taste of shrimps with chili sauce.

Not so hot, not spicy rather sweet.

sweet and sour pork

This is so called “nouvelle chinois”, new wave Chinese dishes.

Looks like French.

But it is sweet and sour pork.

Yellow leek with wagyu beef

This is fantastic good.

Wagyu beef is tremendously tender and juicy.

Yellow leek and sprout has a accent on teeth.

Beautiful taste.

Peking Duck

I ordered 1 week before.

At least they need 3 days to cook “Peking Duck” for A la carte.

Good fat duck was roasted with sugar and oil.

It costed $70 for all.

Usually you take skin only.

I heard that the way of Hong kong not Peking.

But I prefer skin only. I do not need any meat.
