Byodou-in, Kyoto

I was not lucky because the bus tour to travel “Kisyu Kumano Sanjiya” was canceled.

And more it rains a lot.

I planned for my summer vacation in a wrong timing.

It is unnormal rain in this season.

I went to “Kyoto” instead.

Apple iphone camera is very good and everyone can take a wide picture easely.

Here I was at “Byoudou in“.

The building is design on the 10 yen coin.

It was so beautiful that I was not in a modern world.

Kyoto has long history to hallucinate everyone.

Way to Byodou-in

The atmosphere was solemn because of the hard raining.

There were a few people walking.

I moved to near “Kamo” river.

I tried famous “Issen Yosyoku“

Isen Yosyoku the restaurant

This unique restaurant is famous for one dish.

It called “Issen yosyoku“.

It means “cheap western dish”, one dollar dish.

Woo.

You might not think this is western but people in Japan did not eat meat never know sauce.

So eating meat, using sauce means that they accepted western culture.

The chef thought how to people to eat meat and let them be familiar to western dishes.

This was an answer.

You may try for this because it is hard to explain.

If you know “Okonomiyaki” or “Takoyaki” it may be easier.

It is made of flour, egg, beef, Konnyaku, negi, Beni-syoga, and maybe more.

It is  crunchy a little bit on the surface and soft and juicy inside.

The sauce is Worcestershire sauce, very traditional one.

Not expensive and worth to eat in the good place in Kyoto.
