Low carb life is something I do.

It is hard to keep.

Please understand restriction of carbohydrate is about 100g per a day .

Fat and protein are allowed to eat a lot under your caloric requirement.

Man is 2000 Kcal, Women is 1600 Kcal it is depend on the age.

But there is exception, it is a “Nestle Lion Chocolate Bar“.

“Nestle Lion Chocolate Bar“, has 53g sugar, so not to eat all.

Take one fifth per day, no problems.

Nestle products were so familiar to me, chocolate, cocoa, candy bar etc.

I was living in London for 3 years.

My little fun was to taste candy bar and hot dog.

In western world liquorice taste is acceptable but not for Japanese.

When I had more pocket money I had make the sausage double.

There is a slight memory of mine, because I was a child.

Study for Children and Adults made a difference among the brand.

Cadbury are no more British firm but the color, purple is still attractive for everyone.

It is a good occasion to my family to try every brand and find the best.
