It will be a long vacation season in Japan, before crowding I went to “Lake Hamako“.
Friend of mine took me there.
I have not been to west side of Mt.Fuji by car, indeed so far, but now we have new highway, it allows us to go up to 120 km/h, very high speed. Usually it is restricted till 80 km/h.
Lake Hamanako is famous for Unagi, sea eel, aquaculture.
We started Tokyo at ten, almost 3 hours trip we got there, Unagi restaurant “Chigusa“.
I choose this restaurant on Google Map, just for our travel plan.
We liked to go through Shizuoka prefecture as alphabet “C” .
Here is the westside of Lake Hamanako.
This is marvelous.
Thanks to GOD.
I can eat Unagi in tokyo for US$80 but here it was US$35.
It is worth to try and extremely delicious. Maybe so fresh.
Unagi itself was perfect and also the rice was very good and Tsukemono, salted vegetables, was great.
It was nice to come to Lake Hamanako.
“Arai Benten Umizuri Park, south side of Lake Hamanako”
We moved to south side of Lake Hamanako.
It is a park to enjoy fishing.
You can try all season fishing, just pay for 400 yen,US$3, a day.
Someday if I retired, I would like to fish here.
Very reasonable.
You can see the small torii in a picture, maybe not.
“Nakatajima Sand dunes“
When I was young, 20 maybe, visited here “Nakatajima sand dunes“.
The largest sand dunes is in Totoki prefecture, far from Tokyo but here is near.
The strong wind makes sand dunes.
Long path to the top of the sand dunes makes me feel in a strange world.
Just an imagination.
You might not imagine it is a little hard to walk on sand. Very heavy.
When I reached the top I looked back and saw the people were small.
I have to work out.
Usually I sit down in my studio and drawing, that is my life, as a painter.
Hard wind.
I could go farer, near the sea but I returned.
Time has gone and the scene of sand dunes was changed but I have no idea.
I changed myself also.
“Onmaezaki lighthouse“
Here I wanted to see the sunset.
“Onmaezaki lighthouse” best place for watching sunset and the sea, pacific ocean.
Tonight I stayed here.
Eating seafoods drinking beer and wine.
It was very nice to see Hamamatsu region.
John 8:12
Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
